Behind the Scenes: How TQMUCH's Tequeños Are Made

We often see a finished product and don't think about everything that goes into it. But in TQMUCH, every box of tequeños tells a story that’s so much bigger than just frozen food.

It tells of hours of work.
It tells of Venezuelan hands working with dedication.
It tells of family sacrifice, growth, and a whole lot of heart.

Inspired by videos like those from Explora Miami, we wanted to open the doors to our factory and show you a little of what you don’t normally see: the effort behind every tequeño.

Because yes, our products arrive ready to make your life easier at home, but behind that convenience is an entire team working every day to maintain the quality, flavor, and authenticity that define us.

From early in the morning, our factory starts to buzz with activity. There are people preparing dough, carefully rolling tequeños by hand, organizing orders, overseeing quality, and making sure every box leaves the factory exactly as we’d want to receive it ourselves at home.

And even though we’ve grown tremendously, we’re still a family-owned business.

That means we still take great pride in the details. That we still see our products as something personal. And that we still feel a rush of emotion every time we see someone try a tequeño and automatically smile because “it tastes like Venezuela.”

For us, giving a behind-the-scenes look is also a way to honor everyone who makes this possible. Because TQMUCH isn’t just a recipe—it exists thanks to the work of so many people who pour their passion into what they do every day.

We also believe that today, more than ever, people want to connect with authentic brands. They want to know who’s behind them, how things are made, and the human story behind the product. And honestly, we love that, because TQMUCH has always been just that: a family story built on hard work, vision, and community.

Every tequeño that leaves our factory carries a little piece of us.
Of our culture.
Of our roots.
And of all the people who work day in and day out to keep growing this Venezuelan dream in the United States.

So yeah… tequeños turn out delicious in the air fryer.
But behind every bite, there’s so much more than meets the eye.
