If you’re located in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties), we offer local delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Just place your order before 4:00 PM to receive it the very next day. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

If you’re located outside of South Florida (outside Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties), we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed by Tuesday at 4:00 PM will ship that same week. Orders placed after that time will ship the following Monday and typically arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

How long can I keep the products in the freezer?

Our products can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 year as long as they have not been previously opened. The only exception is our cake, which has a different shelf life.

For your convenience and safety, all of our products include a clearly labeled expiration date, so you’ll always know exactly when to enjoy them at their best.

Can I pick up my order at the Doral location?

Yes! You’re welcome to pick up your order at our Doral factory and retail location, which is also where we produce our products.

To make sure your order is ready, we recommend calling us in advance at +1 (855) 587-6824. However, you can also stop by without placing an order, as we always keep products in stock.
