At TQMUCH we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not comfortable with your purchase, we can make an exchange or refund. To process an exchange or refund, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order. The products you wish to return must be in the same condition in which you received them, they cannot be opened, used or damaged.

As soon as we receive the products you wish to exchange or return, we will send you the exchange immediately, or refund the full amount paid to TQMUCH. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs to TQMUCH - in the case of an exchange, we will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new products.

Note: It may take a few days for the bank to return the money to your account or card.
